• Dishwasher safe glass base. To clean the stainless steel grinder top, avoid immersing in water. Simply wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and air dry.

• Fill the generous glass opening with ¾ cup (6oz) of your choice of small spices. Easy peasy!

• Spices can be ground as fine or course as you desire. Turn inner dial clockwise for a fine grind. Turn counterclockwise for a course grind.
