This is my current favorite thing to grind! I love to grind Cacao Nibs on ice cream. The bitter sweet chocolaty flavor, that fills the air as they are ground… oh my, people. It is heaven. I may or may not have taken the grinder with me so I could grind nibs on every bite! One thing’s for sure, ice cream will never be the same.
